Vena Cava Character Chart and New Poster for Chapter 8

Meia, Pamie, and Vincent came up with a really cool character chart. The aim is to aid brain-fried readers who are not used to Japanese names (especially readers from Soompi). Visuals like this could help readers take note of the 'who's-who's in the story better.
